With a strong professional experience in all engineering and project works Assertive Engineering will ensure your project plan will advance as per schedule from inception to completion. Tracking and staying on top of all aspects of a project while communicating to the project manager and team members on progress.
Skills and Attributes
Over 30 years experience in mechanical engineering, projects, installations and plant layouts.
Previous capital project budgets have varied from $30K to $6Mil in Australia & overseas. Key skills are, but not limited to:
- Project Deliverables – On time, Within budget, Quality workmanship
- Gantt charts (Microsoft Project)
- Resource planning
- Contractor induction & management
- Project supervision
- OHS&E management
- Document management
- AutoCAD drafting
The time spent onsite by Assertive Eng is based on the clients business & project requirements, re. project timeline, milestones, completion dates.
If additional hours are required onsite to complete tasks or any additional works outside of planned scope, this will be communicated to the project manager for approval.
